• End-of-Tenancy Waste Removal

• Construction and Renovation Waste Clearance
• Furniture and Appliance Disposal

We reserve the right to refuse service where unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.

3. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made by phone, contact form, or email. Same-day or next-day response is offered based on availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are confirmed before service starts
• Quotes valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
• Payment due on completion unless agreed in writing
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and card (where available)

Commercial clients may receive 14–30 day invoicing terms by arrangement.

5. Waste Disposal Guarantee

We guarantee that all waste collected will be disposed of responsibly and in accordance with local regulations. We prioritize recycling and environmentally friendly disposal methods wherever possible.

Limitations:

• Hazardous materials requiring special disposal
• Items that cannot be legally disposed of through standard waste channels
• Extreme weather conditions affecting service delivery

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clear access to waste items at the agreed time
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or special considerations
• Ensure waste is accessible and not obstructed by vehicles or other items
• Follow any preparation guidelines provided by our team

7. Liability Disclaimer

Ted's Waste Removal is not liable for:

• Indirect loss (e.g. missed work or tenancy delays)
• Damage to property not caused by our negligence
• Pre-existing damage to items being removed
• Hazardous materials not disclosed prior to service

Where accidental property damage is proven to be our fault, we will assess and arrange repair or reimbursement.
